Our People
We understand that our service is delivered primarily through our on-site teams and that our clients rely on these teams on a day-to-day basis. We aim to provide total support and back-up so that our on-site managers can deliver quality service to our clients. Whether that support is marketing, training or a client meeting, our uncomplicated structure ensures that our managers and our clients always have the resources they need.
In March 2005 we first achieved the national Investors in People (IIP) award and have developed our communication and employment strategies, making sure that our employees come first. We have recently been audited by IIP in March 2008 and have secured our accreditation for a further three years.
We employ creative, friendly and enthusiastic people who develop through training and encouragement, we also offer all our employees a great working environment, and where possible above average pay rates and performance bonus packages so that our clients benefit from our employees loyalty and motivation.
