I am extremely proud that I was the very first employee at TNS. It seems like only yesterday, and what a journey its been. I’ve seen the business grow from one contract, to eight in our first year. I am now fortunate enough to be part of a family of foodies who now operate over 100 contracts throughout the UK.
What attracted me to TNS was our unwavering commitment to local ingredients, and seasonal produce. We don’t shackle our Chef’s but give them freedom to be creative and the skills to deliver exceptional food.
Nothing makes me happier than when I arrive at a site to the smell of freshly baked cakes and cookies. I think everyone should be taught how to bake. It really is an easy skill and once you know how to make a basic sponge cake or banana bread you are set for life in my opinion! Food lifts our mood and I take great pleasure in how a bit of comfort food on a cold day, or a fantastic seasonal salad can really make a difference to someone’s day.
