Being surrounded by a team of foodies on the board ensures that whilst we need to operate profitably, it’s never at the expense of our commitment to providing the very best quality food, and fantastic people.
I love the fact that we put people first in our business, and that we inspire them to live and breathe our standards. Just like any other family we love getting together, and one of my favourite times of the year are our roadshows.
