Jimmy Fairman and Felix Rayment recently took on the Association of Culinary Excellence (ACE) competition in London. With just one hour to create a duck dish from a mystery box and a sharing dessert, it was a true test of skill and creativity. A fantastic achievement — well done both! 👏
