We’re pleased to announce that Joe Pedder has made it through to the final of the NACC Chef of the Year competition. Joe cooked his dish of Braised Shin of Beef with Cabbage and Roasted Vegetable Mash, followed by Banana, Walnut and Honey Cake with Custard and all for a budget of £2.11. The judges awarded his Beef dish ‘Highly Commended’ – the first Welsh Chef ever to be awarded this…. Congratulations and well done Joe, excellent result!
