We source all fresh produce from within a 25-mile radius of each of our contract locations. This is important because it reduces food miles and as a business, we are committed to acting sustainably.
Our leadership team are all craft trained, so giving our Chef’s the ability to be inspired by our love of fresh seasonal produce is very personal to us. After all, it’s what attracted us to the kitchen in the first place. Having a varied and diverse supply chain means we can be creative in how we prepare and serve our food.
