I started my journey in hospitality as a teenager and loved it so much I decided to further my love for all things food at college, I was lucky enough to work at Cheltenham racecourse during this time. This gave me a great insight into large scale events, but more importantly how food plays a role in creating memories and experiences.
In my role as Operations Director I get to inspire our teams to deliver food experiences every day. Fostering a feeling of community over food for our business and industry clients, or giving our care patients and their families the opportunity to connect over a great meal, is something that inspires me and runs from the top to the bottom of our business.
Every day at TNS is different. This really does make my job exciting. I am proud to work with such a passionate team of foodies. To put it simply, we are a team who care about serving great food, and delivering a great service.
